Prof. Dr. Hsueh-I Chen Hsueh-I Chen is associate professor at National Taiwan Normal University in Taiwan and lectures on European cultures, history and philosophy. He finished his doctoral study at the University of Vienna in Austria and is disciple of Austrian intercultural philosopher Franz Martin Wimmer. His publications consist of papers, essays and translations written in German, English, French and Chinese with a focus on intercultural philosophy and postmodern studies. His main research area comprises intercultural philosophy, problems of identity and difference and contemporary concepts of multiculturalism.
